I just went grocery shopping on Monday, so it’s really full and looking happy. All the staples are there that we eat routinely: egg whites, grapefruit juice, barley bread, flax oil, poached chicken, spinach, veggies and dairy. I prefer organic food and dairy and recently discovered the Gimme Lean no meat sausage. It’s so good, tastes just like breakfast sausage with none of the bad stuff. I just made a big batch of tabouli and there is a cut up fresh pineapple and cherries in there too. The freezer has mostly frozen fruits for breakfast smoothies and some frozen veggies for homemade soup. I love the photos of European fridges. So many mysterious food brands. The outside of my fridge has a picture of me winning $1400 on New Years eve at a local casino! This is my favorite site next to etsy. I am single and exist mainly on bread, rice, vegetables, yogurt,
cottage cheese and eggs, so my fridge looks like this most of time,
just a bit fuller or emptier depending on when I’ve been shopping.
There are some veggie burgers underneath the bag of mixed lettuce. I
like my fridge even though it’s loud (it moans and groans as if it’s
in pain) but wish the freezer compartment was a bit bigger.

I love my fridge, actually, as it is a new one we had when our house was built. I love the glass outside. It’s a bit bare as I am going shopping shortly, but never looks packed as it is quite big for just the two of us. I love to have all the ingredients to cook with - herbs, spices, mustards, etc - as I love to cook and am a true foodie …. Things I couldn’t live without in my fridge are eggs, lemon juice, Maille Dijon mustard, butter and cheese. I have to have the first three for the caesar dressing I make which is so good I could eat it just on its own!
