Mindy’s & Tony’s & their munchkin’s Fridge

Mindy’s Fridge

We love food - especially food that is bad for us. So, what do we stock in our fridge? Almost nothing but healthy food so it keeps us from eating too much crap. Then the only snacks we have available to us are good for us. It’s usually elsewhere where we eat all the food that’s bad for us. And, our dog is addicted to ‘Frosty Paws.’ Dogs go crazy for them. So, if you plan on giving your dog one to try, plan on making that a habit.

Maggies’s Fridge

A few interesting things about my fridge…On the exterior, you can see my love of kitschy 50s glam in the form of my funky magnets, and also the top portion of my fridge features photos of my neices, and their fingerpaint creations they painted for me. The bottom portion of my fridge has a ‘trunk painting’; this was painted by a talented elaphant, ‘Lydia’, whom is pictured in the photo above with myself, a souvenier from my vacation in Maine this past summer.

I keep a lot of fresh veggies, fruits, and yogurt on hand; you can’t see it, but that big metal container on the shelf above the crisper is full of tomatoes and peppers I picked from a local organic farm, pending ’salsafication.’ There’s a duck breast also awaiting dinner preparation, as well as some new potatoes and fresh yellow beets, also from this farm. In the freezer, the yellow plastic container is full of homemade granola I baked earlier in the month, and the baggie in the front is full of fresh shucked corn, steamed and frozen, to throw into meals throughout the year.

I am curious as to what other single ladies have to say of my fridge/freezer items, and if I fit into ‘the norm’. Perhaps the most stereotypical item I have in that regard are the frozen chocolate cheesecake bites and Lean Cusine meals in the freezer? I look forward to feedback! Peace!

Lisa’s Fridge

Lisa’s Fridge
This fridge is from Cambridge, UK
Here’s the fridge I share with my teenaged daughter. I love my fridge - it was a gift from my step-mother. I’m a part-time photographer, so the door is filled with film (and condiments and iced tea), as well as a jar of egg whites and citric acid that I use to make my own photographic paper.

I make a jug of iced tea nearly every day all year long. 15 years in England and I still can’t give up my iced tea. I have an American boyfriend and go back every three months or so (or he comes here) and so bring the odd American food back with me, hence the Duncan Hines cake frosting.

The chili pepper on top of the creme fraiche tub is for slicing and adding to bottles of beer instead of limes. Try it! It’s awesome.

What’s not in the photos is the freezer at the bottom. They’re white drawers so you can’t see anything, but they’re mostly filled with frozen chicken, porkchops, frozen fruit for smoothies and ice for my iced tea, of course.

Marc’s Fridge

This is a fridge from Badalona, Spain
Hi! This fridge is in my top-floor apartment. Just food for one person cos I’m still leaving alone. Really hot here in the top-flor during all the year so everything must put inside the fridge. I don’t like stickers or similiar in fridge’s doors, just the necessary to survive if a disaster happens (yes, just two mobile-pizza telephone stickers). Mediterranean style food, red wine (very important so a few bottles inside J), all kinda vegetables and fruits (I’m not vegetarian but I like a lot), prawns, eggs, yoghurt and other milk-based food. In the freezer, meat, always ‘butifarra’, and my lovely chicken. Also a few squid fried in batter if there is not enought time to have lunch.

Melissa’s Fridge

Melissas Fridge
This fridge is from Mobile, USA
Hi! My name is Melissa Rasp (MJ)

I live in Mobile, United States

The contents of my fridge are as follows…….

The front and side angle are pics of all my girls from birth to date. I have alot of drawings they make me and I change them out alot, I love their art work and love showing it off!!!

The door view opened is the top and bottom, which are seperate! My husband and oldest two daughters love to drink cold, cold, drinks so we have ice mugs…they are great with milk at dinner, it freezes to the side and they can eat it! We dont do ice cream so theres only sherbert and the mexican things are my husbands lunch depending on the day. The bottom is just ordinary condiments which we use every day for sandwiches and odd cravings lol!

The top view of the freezer is pretty much simple, its the end of the week and we dont eat much meat or ice cream so theres really never much in this part. We have ice trays due to the fact we cant get the water line moved…urgh!!! Oh yea, and the minute maid pops are a favorite from the old days in school lol!

The bottom view is plain too. We always keep 2 gallons of milk, water and energy drinks!!!! I keep my lunch in those bowls that our lunch meat comes in! This part of the fridge will be slamming come Sat norning, we buy for the week cause usually things come up and we may not all be home at the same time. Pretty simple huh?! It looks so empty compared to the others Ive seen but I hate clutter and spoilage!!

Hi,

Since when we came back, I used to get full our fridge with traditional products of our sunny land.

I heard about your nice page in an italian radio station, radio deejay.

As you can see our fridge is full of fruits, my boyfriend loved it, I only love oranges and melon! we don’t drink too much wine or beer, only with friends when we have dinner, but we use a lot of water, here it’s hot!
We hate stuff like coca or fanta.
Our door’s fridge is full of stuff, pictures and magnetes from many travels , there is also a pic with my sweet granmy and a couple of them in front, when we were really young!
