I just moved in with my boyfriend - so we have a very mixed fridge - and still have to find a way to organize it…

Hi, this is our fridge on a normal weekday. We don’t cook every day so all that yoghurt-stuf is against the hunger in between.

The fridge-freezer is a Bosch Exclusiv Cooler. What is particular within our fridge? The products in the freezer are nothing special, but those within the fridge are interesting: Bautz’ner Senf (mustard) is a typical regional product. Kremžská horčica, also mustard, is from Czech Republic. It’s with mustard-seeds in it. Tastes very good. The bottom of our fridge contains the obligatory beer. Eibauer is from Germany and BÅ™ezňák from Czech Republic. Both are black beers. The story of this fridge is that an older one sponsored by the landlord didn’t work anymore. So they sponsored an other one. But this was a very old molded model. So we had to buy this new one.

Rob’s Fridge

Rob’s Fridge
This Fridge is from Dessau, Germany.
My name is Robert Jung aka “dreikelvin” (I am running a freelance business under this name) and I live in a small town near Berlin, called Dessau. If you Google for the famous “Bauhaus”, you will notice what it’s about. Mainly, I am working as a freelance designer, teacher and musician, doing most of my work over the internet or by traveling around, meeting clients - or my course participants. My fridge is not that huge but it’s enough for me and to survive for 1 and half a week. I always try to eat very healthy and very low-fat. That’s why I like vegetarian food and Sushi. Mostly, I do Sushi myself - or I buy some frozen ones in the supermarket, as you may notice by the picture of my ice box. At the bottom, the box with the blue cap, that’s sushi rice I obtained from the local sushi bar in my town :) I am especially proud of my British mustard which I am retrieving from a good friend from the UK every time he visits us. This mustard was made in hell. It’s almost as strong as Wasabi ;) Also, there is something that I don’t want to miss in my fridge. It’s the bottles of BIONADE at the bottom. BIONADE is a new German Soda which is only available in our country. But it is evolving and I heard a rumour that they are shipping throughout Europe and more countries, soon.
