YellChina’s Fridge
This is a Fridge from: China |

This Fridge is from Beijing, China.
This fridge is in China and is located in the suburbs of Beijing on the 15th floor of a newly built apartment. We are the first tenants and we are proud of our recently bought Electrolux fridge (model number: BCD-252K for all you fridge boffins out there). The fridge is working like the clappers at the moment since the heating is set to 28 degrees but everything looks fresh, at least for now. We have a nice selection of condiments such as thousand island dressing, pesto sauce, sweet thai chilli sauce and oyster sauce. There are others which I’m sure you are familiar with such as, Branston pickle and HP sauce which is a must for anyone living away from familiar surroundings. Add it to anything, close your eyes and its Sunday morning back in blighty. There are some I can’t pronounce but I am aware of their spice factor and I make sure I steer clear of those. The freezer isn’t particularly big but we do manage to fill it with home-made dumplings, wontons and frozen toufu including vienetta ice-cream.

I really like this fridge!! Its full of healthy food that looks fresh, those big bits of ginger look delicious, and it looks well organized. Love the sauces, too!!

Well…It doesn’t looks good organized. I can’t believe that the naked dumplings and wonton can be put on the sheft in freezing chamber directly with icecream! Do not use any crisper? It seen to be a hygiene problem.
