I am Phil of the “Bidu family”.We are a small tribe of the town of Orgeval (Yvelines - France).In spite of many removals, our small refrigerator remains faithful… and us too.Our fridge has the same oldest age as of our two kids, 20 years!!With time, our small refrigerator is often very narrow but it functions with wonder.Today our Bidu’s Fridge is assisted by another buddy in the cellar, our Bidu’s Freezer !

Now THAT’S a properly stocked fridge. Or do you say frigo? My French is not good anymore, pardonez moi, SVP.
I wish I’d been able to visit France when I was living in the UK. Just to taste the butter! And cheeses…and everything else. What a shame I never got the chance to taste the best food in the world. Now that I’m looking into your beautiful fridge I’m kicking myself for not traveling there. I grew up in Montreal and we have many wonderful French restaurants but of course the produce was not primarily from France and it could never be same. Please enjoy your wonderful food for me and bon apetit toujours! Oh, and don’t let anyone (the EU) compromise how food is grown and manufactured in France. That would be the greatest of tragedies!
