Dr Muhammad Al-Salamah, assistant professor in industrial engineering, KFUPM, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This is our fridge; most of it is full of leftovers :). I am not vegetarian per say, but in this time of the year, I become health-wise.

This looks like my husband’s week to cook in our frig. He never moves any food into “containers” and it drives me nuts. It must be a Dr. thing?! Ha ha…he is too.

I didn’t realize how many brands are sold internationally. p.s.- I put the pot in the fridge all the time. Or, just dump the food into a ziploc plastic bag. I’m too lazy to clean out containers.

You should know better than to be cooking with aluminum.
Glass, stainless steel, even cheap enamel (with no chips), okay. No aluminum and no Teflon. There’s lots of data on this.
